TrueNest Pro Solo and Studio are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel yours at any time, yourself, from your customer account. The free trial is not a subscription: there is nothing to cancel. A TrueNest Pro Lifetime licence is not a subscription either: it is paid once, and there is nothing to renew or cancel.
1. Open your customer account
- Go to your customer account, or click Manage your subscription in one of the e-mails about your subscription.
- Enter the e-mail address you used for your order.
- You receive a 6-digit code by e-mail. Enter it to sign in: no password is needed.
2. Cancel your subscription
- Click Subscriptions.
- Click your TrueNest Pro subscription.
- Under Overview, click Cancel subscription.
- In the dialog, click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
What happens after you cancel
- Future payments stop immediately. No further payment is taken.
- Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, that is 34 days after your last payment. After that date, the panel locks the next time you open it with an internet connection. Your Illustrator files are not affected.
- A cancellation cannot be undone. To use TrueNest Pro again, subscribe again on the TrueNest Pro page with the same e-mail address: your key stays the same and there is nothing to reinstall.
Pausing or skipping a payment
If your account also offers to pause the subscription or skip a payment, remember that your licence follows your payments. With no payment, it stays active until 34 days after your last payment, exactly as after a cancellation, and it is extended again as soon as a payment goes through.
Other changes
- Payment method: you can update it from your customer account.
- Switching between Solo and Studio: write to support@gettruenest.com and we help you change plan. From Studio to Solo, tell us which computer you stop using and we free it.
- Adding a computer: take another subscription on the TrueNest Pro page with the same e-mail address. Each subscription adds its own computers: 1 with Solo, 2 with Studio. For 2 computers, Studio costs less than two Solo subscriptions.
- Several subscriptions: cancel only the one you no longer need, under Subscriptions. Cancelling one leaves the others running. When one subscription holds several plans or a quantity above 1, cancelling it removes all the computers it covers.

Cannot sign in or cannot see your subscription?
