Cancellation policy

This policy explains how the TrueNest Pro subscription works and how to cancel it. It is part of our terms of sale, which apply to professional customers only. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.

What you subscribe to

• A monthly subscription to TrueNest Pro: Solo (1 computer) or Studio (2 computers).
• Each subscription covers its own computers. A second Solo subscription adds a second computer, and Studio is the lower-priced way to cover 2 computers. With the same e-mail address, all your subscriptions add up on the same licence key, including a subscription taken on another LECALINA store that sells TrueNest Pro.
• Billed every month, in advance, to the payment method used at checkout.
• Renewed automatically every month from the date of your first payment, until you cancel. Your next billing date is shown in your customer account.
• The price is the one shown at checkout. Any price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

How long your licence runs

Each payment, first or renewal, activates or extends your licence until 34 days after that payment: 31 days, plus 3 days of tolerance in case the next renewal takes a little time to process. You have nothing to do when a renewal is paid.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, free of charge:

• Online: sign in to your customer account on the store, open Subscriptions, select your subscription, click Cancel subscription and confirm.
• By e-mail: write to support@gettruenest.com from the e-mail address used for your order, with your order number. We cancel for you and confirm it by e-mail.

What happens when you cancel

• All future payments stop immediately.
• Your licence stays active until the end of the period already paid, that is 34 days after your last payment, then it stops.
• The period already started is not refunded, in whole or in part.
• A cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated, but you can subscribe again at any time. With the same e-mail address, your licence key stays the same.
• If you have several subscriptions, cancelling one stops only that one: once its paid period ends, the computers it covered are no longer included, and your other subscriptions keep theirs.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, it may be attempted again. Please keep your payment details up to date in your customer account. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled and your licence stops at the end of the last paid period.

Free trial

The 7-day free trial is not a subscription. No payment details are requested, nothing is charged at the end, and the trial stops by itself after 7 days. There is nothing to cancel.

Professional customers
