TrueNest Pro was made by people who nest and cut vinyl every day.
It was born inside a French workshop that prints, nests and cuts vinyl decal kits, day in, day out. Every order brought the same task: lots of angled, curved and irregular pieces to fit onto the roll before printing. Placing them by hand took time, and treating each piece as the rectangle around it left wide strips of vinyl that ended up in the bin. So we built the tool we wanted to use.
Nesting by true shape
TrueNest Pro reads the real cut line of each piece, not the box around it. Pieces are turned to the angle that saves space and slot into each other's gaps, across the whole sheet at once. More pieces fit on each sheet, you buy less vinyl, and preparing a job in Illustrator takes less of your day.
Right where you already work
TrueNest Pro is a panel inside Adobe Illustrator, on Mac and Windows. Nothing to export, nothing to import: select your pieces, nest, check the preview, apply. The finishing steps a workshop needs are built in too, because we needed them first: cut and print layers, your logos placed in the free spaces, and the order number printed on the sheet.
